All orders will be sent from our HQ in Australia via Express Post.

Our pick up for click and collect is available at our Piccolini showroom at 4/63 Stead Street, South Melbourne. Please contact info@piccolinishoes.com.au to arrange pick up.

All orders within Australia will receive FREE Standard Shipping
Express Shipping will be $5.00
We believe in getting your order out the door as quickly as possible, therefore it is our promise that your order will be posted to you within 1-2 days of ordering.
Estimated delivery times are between 2 – 5 business days. Due to Covid and shipping delays, this may be disturbed.

NEW ZEALAND
All orders will be sent from our HQ in Australia via Standard Post and will incur a $20 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery times are between 5 – 7 business days. Due to Covid and shipping delays, this may be disturbed.

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE/ASIA/UNITED STATES)
All orders will be sent from our HQ in Australia via Standard Post and will incur a $30 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery times are between 12 – 20 business days. Due to Covid and shipping delays, this may be disturbed.

Have you chosen the wrong size or changed your mind on the colour you want? No problem! Check out our Returns and Exchange policy below

FULL PRICED ITEMS
You may return any full priced shoes to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The shoes MUST be unused/unworn and be in their original, undamaged packaging. Unfortunately if they are not, we will not be able to accept the return.
For accepted returns, you will be able to EXCHANGE for a new pair, receive a FULL REFUND or receive an ONLINE CREDIT.
*Please note shipping will not be refunded, and the returned shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

SALE ITEMS
Any discounted shoes will not be accepted for a REFUND. Please choose wisely when purchasing any of our discounted shoes.
For discounted shoes, you are able to exchange or receive an online credit.
To return items, the shoes MUST be unused/unworn and be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any damaged/used returns.
